1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clawder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clawder is a managed hosting platform that provides infrastructure and tools for deploying and managing OpenClaw AI agent instances. We provide:

  • Docker container provisioning and management
  • AI agent configuration and deployment tools
  • Multi-channel integration (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Web)
  • Billing and subscription management
  • Infrastructure monitoring and maintenance

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account using valid and accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Transmit or store malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Harvest or collect information about other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms.

5. Billing and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and resource limits. Plan details, including pricing and features, are available on our pricing page.

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice

5.3 Credit System

Usage is tracked through a credit system. Standard AI models consume 1 credit per request, while premium models consume 2 credits. Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription plan.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@clawder.app.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Data and Content

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content, data, and configurations you create or upload to the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and ensure it complies with these Terms.

7.2 Data Backup

While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for any data loss.

7.3 Data Deletion

Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Clawder and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
  • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clawder, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Request account deletion

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clawder operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
